Reporting to the Chair of the Division of 澳门网络博彩网站, this individual provides administrative management and coordination for the office and oversees the admissions and certification process for all programs in the Division of 澳门网络博彩网站. This individual is responsible for performing a variety of high-level administrative duties and managing daily operations for the Chair. 校园-based is preferable for this position, but consideration will be given to remote work for an outstanding candidate.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Associate’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
· A minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
· Intermediate skills in 微软 Office (Word, Excel, 演示文稿), 谷歌驱动, and 前景.
· Extensive use of Excel spreadsheets, being able to calculate basic statistics (e.g.的意思)
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work cooperatively with others.
· Excellent oral and written English language skills
· Excellent planning and organizational skills to be able to multitask.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
